There are few of us and we work with real companies in Sibiu and across the country. You will not be the person moving a ticket from one column to another: you see a project from the conversation with the client to the server it runs on.
In a small team there is no "not my job". That is the good part — you learn fast — and the hard part: sometimes you do what you do not enjoy.

On the networking side you pull cable and climb ladders, at the client. If that does not appeal, look at the software roles.

For every role we prefer a B2B contract — meaning you have a registered business and we work on a services agreement. Direct employment is possible too, except for the telephone sales role, where we work on contract only. If you do not have a company yet and want to go this route, we will tell you exactly what to do.

You build the assistants that answer from a client's own documents, the workflows that read invoices and, sometimes, vision on cameras. Part of it runs on a machine in the client's building, not in the cloud.

Assistants that answer from company documents, with the source alongside
Workflows that pull data out of invoices, delivery notes and email orders

Backend in PHP and frontend without a heavy framework, on real projects
Sitting down with the client and understanding the flow before writing a line
Connecting applications to what they already use: invoicing, couriers, ERP systems
Handing over your work with documentation, so someone else can pick it up

PHP and SQL at a day-to-day level, not tutorial level
JavaScript without needing a framework for everything
Git, and the habit of writing code you still understand six months later
Fluent Romanian — you talk to clients directly
Nice to have
You have worked with Laravel, Medusa or WooCommerce
